Works with your existing systems — no painful migrations.
Independent practices deserve independent-practice software.
Hospital systems have endless IT budgets and 60 vendors. Independent dental practices have a front desk drowning, dentists writing notes at 10 PM, and software stacks that look like a Frankenstein’s monster of free trials.
We started PracticePilot to build the AI operating layer the independent practice never got. Calm. Clinical. Made to fit your day, not the other way around.
Why We Started
“Every year, small practices lose valuable hours and revenue to paperwork, claim denials, and endless admin tasks.”
We’ve seen firsthand how this takes a toll: more staff stress, higher costs, and less patient face time. That’s why we built PracticePilot AI — a smart co-pilot that reduces the burden of documentation, streamlines communication, and keeps practices running smoothly.
What Makes Us Different
Unlike single-feature tools or platforms designed for big health systems, PracticePilot AI is built for you.
Start with one feature and add others as you grow.
Patients get clear, caring summaries and support — not just data.
Every feature is designed with security and compliance at the core. Your patient data stays protected, always.
Our Mission
At PracticePilot AI, we believe independent doctors, dentists, and therapists deserve the same powerful tools as large hospital systems — without the complexity, cost, or burnout. Our mission is simple: give clinicians their time back so they can focus on what matters most — caring for patients.
Our Vision
We’re starting with dentists and small medical practices, but our vision is bigger: to become the AI co-pilot for independent care everywhere. From smarter documentation to predictive analytics and automated patient support, we’re building the future of independent healthcare.
Started in a real clinic, not a pitch deck.
In 2024, Dr. Khalil — a private-practice dentist of 14 years — sat down with two friends building AI systems at AWS. The conversation lasted six hours. By the end, they had a prototype that could turn a recorded patient encounter into a SOAP note in under a minute.
By March 2025, PracticePilot was running scribe on real visits in three private practices. By August, intake was live. By the end of the year, Erica was answering phones.
We are still small. We talk to every customer. Every feature ships because a real dentist asked for it. That isn’t a sales pitch — it’s the only way we know to build software for clinicians.
